At Plushmade, each product is carefully handmade with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.
 

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on www.plushmade.in are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in design, size, or colour (as each item is handmade and unique)
     

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and quality checks. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Email us at: plushmade@gmail.com
     

3. Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will re-ship the same product at no additional cost

  • Replacement orders will be processed within 30 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location
     

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be able to offer replacements if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
     

5. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled, as production may begin immediately for handmade items.
