  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment.
     

4. Orders

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Plushmade reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

    • Pricing errors

    • Product unavailability

    • Suspected fraudulent activity
       

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
     

6. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for details on damaged items.
     

7. Replacement Policy

  • If a product is received damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.

  • No refunds will be issued.
